Jane Webber, PhD, LPC, DRCC
Jane Webber, Ph.D., LPC is a Fellow of the American Counseling Association, a Licensed Professional Counselor and an international advocate for disaster and trauma counseling. She recently retired from Kean University where she led the development of the trauma-informed Ph.D. in Counseling and Supervision program. Jane is a cofounder of the International Association for Resilience and Trauma Counseling and Founding Editor of its Journal, Trauma Counseling and Resilience. She is Co-Editor with the late Dr. J. Barry Mascari of Disaster Mental Health Counseling, a Guide to Preparing and Responding in its fourth edition. Her research interests focus on trauma-informed counseling, mental health counseling in schools, and sand tray therapy.
