Ellen S. Bass is Of Counsel to the Busch Law Group. She is the Retired Acting Director
of the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law and served as an Administrative Law
Judge for thirteen years. Prior to her appointment to the bench, Ellen was In-House
Counsel to the South Orange-Maplewood Board of Education, represented local Board
of Education in private practice, and was counsel to the New Jersey Association of
School Administrators.
