Jose Luis Posos is the Program Manager at CMI, bringing significant years of experience in the areas of crisis intervention, diversity training, and leadership training. In addition, Jose is also a trained Sexual and Domestic Violence Response Advocate in New Jersey.
Jose received his Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in sociology and a concentration in women’s studies from Rowan University. Jose also has a Masters of Education in Professional Counseling with a specialization in mental health from William Paterson University.
From 2009- 2011, Jose worked at City Year New York as a mentor, tutor, and role model for middle school students in East Harlem. At this time, Jose works in Harrison, NJ school district as their Crisis Intervention Consultant providing counseling services to at-risk youth.
