Jackie Collard is a Licensed Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker in the
State of New Jersey. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Seton Hall
University. It was there that she fell in love with her field placement in a public high
school. She was hired after graduation and has remained employed at Harrison Public
Schools, as a school social worker, across the district, for the past 17 years.
Ms. Collard has dedicated her life to providing access to social work services to
underserved populations. Ms. Collard holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers, The
State University of New Jersey and is currently a Doctor of Social Work Candidate at
Capella University. She is passionate about developing a positive school climate
through the everyday details and engaging families in meaningful care.
