Latrice Harrison



LATRICE HARRISON serves as Vice President of Development for the International American Medical Mission (IAMM) bringing unwavering expertise and compassion to the team. After countless years in the corporate arena, LaTrice transitioned to the nonprofit sector in 2010, after accepting the position of Marketing Director and later VP of Marketing and Development for Matrix Human Services in Detroit. During her tenure there, LaTrice advocated for vulnerable families raising more than $4M to support programs designed to help those living in poverty transition to a life of economic self-sufficiency. This nationally recognized model of care, called Transition to Success (TTS), gained worldwide recognition powered by marketing efforts under her direction. In addition to her role with IAMM, LaTrice is the co-owner of Harrison Affect LLC, a marketing and design firm based in Illinois and serves in a marketing and graphic design capacity for No Weapon Productions’ Don’t Be a Bully (DBAB) Project: “We Don’t Do that Here.” LaTrice is also an international children’s book author of Faith the Baby Seed and the Field of Dandelions sold online and in brick-and-mortar stores including Amazon, Apple Music, Barnes & Noble, Google Books, Target, and Walmart. She is also the author of “We Can No Longer Be Friends Because of the Color of My Skin,” targeting pre-teens while addressing social injustice sold on Amazon. LaTrice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College in Journalism with a concentration in marketing and has completed various sales, marketing, and fundraising training programs with certifications.
